Managed IT Support

Managed IT Support Plans with Security Included

Secure, well-governed managed IT services for Australian businesses. Our plans are not built around reactive helpdesk support. They are designed to maintain a secure baseline, enforce governance, and provide long-term confidence as your business grows.

All pricing is per user, per month with a minimum of 3 users. Microsoft licensing note: Support plan pricing does not include Microsoft licence costs. Licences are supplied by Espire IT and billed separately.

01 — Start with clarity

Start with clarity

Not sure which managed IT support plan is right for your business? Many organisations begin with a Cyber Snapshot cyber security assessment, which identifies real-world risk, governance gaps, and priorities before committing to long-term managed IT services.

Managed support is how the baseline stays effective — not just today, but as your people, data, and systems change.

02 — Managed services is our core

Managed support is our core — governance is how we keep it strong

Espire IT has delivered managed IT services since 2004. Our Cyber Snapshot and governance work exists to ensure the environments we support are secure, well-structured, and maintainable long-term.

Managed IT then maintains that baseline — preventing security and permission drift as your business grows.

What makes Espire IT managed services different

Most IT support focuses on fixing what breaks. Our managed service is designed to keep your environment secure, governed, and stable over time.

That means:

  • Preventing permission and security drift as staff and systems change.
  • Keeping identity and access controls aligned to real roles.
  • Maintaining governance standards across SharePoint and Teams as content grows.
  • Regular reviews that surface risk early — before it becomes an incident.
  • Clear separation between support, projects, and advisory — no blurred scope.

04 — Project work

Security, AI, and governance project work

Managed IT support plans maintain your security baseline. Project work is how we raise it.

  • Microsoft Purview workshops and configuration
  • Sensitivity labels and data classification
  • Security group and access governance
  • Identity hardening and privilege reduction
  • Preparation for AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot

These engagements are delivered as separate project work, ensuring clarity of scope and outcomes.

All delivered as part of a secure, monitored, and accountable IT environment.

Three quick questions. We'll point you at the plan that matches your reality.

How critical is IT to your daily operations?

07 — FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose the right plan?

The right managed IT service depends on how critical IT is to daily operations, your exposure to cyber risk and data sensitivity, regulatory, insurance, or compliance expectations, and whether you want advice only — or full operational ownership. If unsure, start with a Cyber Snapshot.

Do I need Microsoft licensing to be on a plan?

Basic IT and Essentials have no specific licensing prerequisite. Core requires Microsoft Business Premium. Secure requires Microsoft E5. These align the security tooling available under each plan to the capabilities of the underlying Microsoft licensing.

Is there a minimum user count?

A 3-user minimum applies across all plans. Pricing is per user, per month, ex GST.

What's the difference between support plans and project work?

Managed IT support plans maintain your security baseline. Project work is how we raise it — Microsoft Purview workshops, sensitivity labels, access governance, identity hardening, and Copilot readiness are delivered as separate project engagements, ensuring clarity of scope and outcomes.

Can we start with a Cyber Snapshot first?

Yes — many organisations do. A Cyber Snapshot identifies real-world risk, governance gaps, and priorities before committing to long-term managed IT services. 100% of the Snapshot fee is credited forward if you proceed with further Espire IT services.

Cyber security isn't about fear or complexity

It's about understanding risk and acting deliberately.

Most clients start with a Cyber Snapshot, address the highest-risk gaps through scoped governance projects, then move to managed support to maintain the baseline long-term.
