Dear Colleague,
It just amazes me how so many computer consultants are quick to recommend expensive solutions that don’t really meet their clients’ needs.
In fact, most of them don’t take the time to learn what the needs of their clients really are. They just want to implement the latest technology and are thrilled that you have agreed to pay for their laboratory.
Enough Is Enough!
I think it’s about time someone finally got it right. That’s why I decided to start a “one company revolution” right here in the Mount Waverley, Victoria. I am committed to building partnerships with our clients and I have recruited a team of skill computer technicians who share that commitment. Of course, this means that we have to spend time learning about their businesses and the business and technology challenges that they face.
Although I don’t think this is an amazing concept, it still surprises me how many computer consultants don’t get it right. After all, you and I know that there are plenty of computer consulting firms out there offering some type of network support; but an awful lot of them are new or just getting started in the business. Many of them struggle with running their own businesses, so how can they be expected to help you run yours?
We’ve been servicing customers throughout Melbourne since 2004. I have been personally involved in helping companies like yours make the right technology decisions since 1995. Our staff has been trained to keep the best interest of our client’s top of mind when recommending technology solutions. I have never recommended a solution to a client that I would not have implemented myself if I was in the same situation.
If you are a Melbourne business owner and you are considering hiring a computer support company, I’d love to show you how we can help you get maximum benefit from technology. But before we talk, I’d like to offer you my FREE Business Advisory Guide titled, “What Every Business Owner Must Know About Hiring An Honest, Competent, Responsive, And Fairly-Priced Computer Consultant.” This free report will arm you with 21 revealing questions you should ask any computer consultant before giving them access to your company’s network in simple, non-technical terms.
Even if you aren’t ready to outsource your IT support or make a change from who you are using now, this report will give you the right information and questions to ask when the time comes. And if you have a sneaking suspicion that your current IT person is not delivering the level of service and support you need, it will quickly help you determine if your suspicions are correct – AND what you can do about it.
Following that, if you like we’d be happy to talk to you about the challenges you face in your business and discuss ways that you might use technology to address them. We can also do an in depth analysis of your current situation and make specific recommendations that we have seen deliver more productivity and reduce costs. I firmly believe that every investment in information technology should help you increase your bottom line.
Whether you choose to implement our recommendations or not, the advice is yours at no charge and with no obligation!
